For many years I have been an enthusiastic cook, cooking for family and friends on a daily basis.
I have a great love of food from sourcing the best ingredients, purchasing the best cooking equipment, seeking out great recipes, writing my own, but above all cooking and enjoying the resulting food.
Be it with family or friends, the joy of sitting down to good home-cooked food is one of the great pleasures in life. To me it is a fundamental cornerstone, eating together is where familes learn and teach each other, and where friendships grow and develop. From the most simple lunch to the grandest dinner party, each meal has its place in the fabric of life.
